*Please note pricing is based on all areas photographed on the property. If a basement or attic are shot, finished or unfinished there will be an extra charge for the total amount of square footage being photographed. Please make sure to include all spaces being photographed for any quote.
CAD floor Plans – DWG format- includes regular floor plans with measurements
During this time please call for an appointment availability. We new doing the best we can to get all appointments in and return the reports in 24-48 hours.
Please also note Travel fees will be applied for any shoot over 30 miles from East Haven CT.
Payment is due upon receipt of the report or day of the shoot.
